Children, ages 3 through Grade 5 – for the month of January, the children will discover that they can talk to God. They will learn that God hears and answers prayers by looking at the stories of: Hannah, Solomon, and Peter in Prison, Psalm 130 and the Lord ’s Prayer.
Youth in Grades 6 through 8 – get your mind to thinking about your spiritual life and how it relates to your every day life as you begin a series on Spiritual Disciplines, Relationships, Personal Choices & Sharing Your Faith. Meets in Room 23
High School Youth – Classes for youth in Grades 9 - 12 is in Founders Hall.
Adult – Bible Study: Join Jim Humphrys in Room 4 in reading and discussing books of the Old and New Testaments. Discuss the Bible in a relaxed atmosphere and grow in your spiritual journey.
Adult – Faith Link: Join Ted Brown in Room 18 through for a study on Immigration and the United Methodist viewpoint.
Adult – Ladies Class: Join Joyce Schindler in Room 13as she facilitates an exploration of “The Power of a Whisper”by Bill Hybels. To begin Jan. 16, the class will begin with a DVDclip followed by a discussion around how God speaks, how tolisten and how to trust Him to lead.

Children’s Church – Children ages Kindergarten through Grade 5 meet in Room 14 to learn the basic statement of our faith, The Apostles’ Creed. By working through the fun, activities, puzzles and games in this series, thechildren will learn the basics of Christian worship.
Adults – Faith Café:’Join Sara Thompson & Karen Goodwin in Room 4 on the 2nd & 4th Sundays for a study on “Lord, Save us from Your Followers.” Follow Dan Merchant as he does a bumper sticker jumpsuit to conduct street interviews, discusses the culture war and experiences what Project Mercy is accomplishing in drought-raged Ethiopia. This study/dialogue will make you think about who Jesus really is and who He encourages all of us to be.
Adults –The Jesus Creed - Loving God & Loving Others: Join Bob & Kathy Heffelfinger in Room 18 for this seven-week series in which author Scot McKnight explores how the ancient Jewish proclamation of God's supremacy was adapted by Jesus as a focal point for spiritual maturity. Discover how loving God with your whole heart and soul, and loving your neighbor as yourself can transform your faith and help you truly live by what Jesus described as the Great Commandment.

Adults – The Story of the Bible (Room 23): Pastor John will illuminate for you the remarkable and complicated process by which this great book came into being. Tracing the development of biblical texts across millennia, class participants will journey from the farthest reaches of ancient history through antiquity and the Middle Ages up to the present. You'll learn about the many forms the Bible has taken and the ways history, scholarship, and technology have helped shape this great tradition, as well as the Bible's powerful influence on human history and culture. Throughout this enthralling story, you'll develop a deep appreciation for the tremendous power of this astonishing book—one that has endured through centuries and touched the lives of countless millions.

Adults – The Forgiveness of Jesus (Room 13) led by Pastor Laura. Are you seeking more from your Bible study? With three hours of teaching per DVD by Bible professors who know how to communicate the biblical text to today's world, "Deeper Connections" will provide the depth for which you have been looking. Through alternating sections of teaching and group discussion, this Bible study series will allow you to make deeper connections to the life of Jesus through learning more about the historical background, the biblical text, and real-life application.
